CURRICULUM:

  • Lesson 1 – Weight Control Introduction – Build rapport while learning client/patient needs
  • Lesson 2 – Crisis to Benefit – Obesity is a national crisis in the United States. Learn to deliver the message that losing even a few pounds can have a big impact on health.
  • Lesson 3 – The OLA Difference – Differentiate the OLA weight loss program from other programs using body composition analysis to show a physical picture, a hair follicle analysis to show nutritional deficiencies based on epigenetic influence and an App to track, monitor, and motivate clients.
  • Lesson 4 – Biometric Assessments – The Bio-Metric Assessment differentiates OLA from other programs out there because it goes into more detail about their bodies both physically and nutritionally.
  • Lesson 5 – Body Composition Analysis – Body Composition Analysis consists of BMI (Body Mass Index), Metabolic Age, Body Fat %, Water %, and Visceral Fat Rating. Usually, weight loss programs do not identify these numbers. This analysis is important to help set realistic goals for each client.
  • Lesson 6 – The Financials of Weight Loss – To assist clients in reaching their ideal weight, they receive a comprehensive weight loss system. The system includes a Bio-Metric Assessment to identify Body Composition Analysis and Hair Follicle Analysis, custom supplements, and a 5-Day Opti-Reset Kit to jumpstart their weight loss journey. ABOUT THE TRAINER: VINCENT GRAVINA
Weight loss Trainer, Vince Gravina

Vince Gravina, a black belt since age ten, established 38 martial arts schools since 1991 and expanded into fitness education. He collaborated with the DEA in 1996 on youth health studies and trained military and police in defensive tactics. From 1992 to 1998, he studied health and nutrition, opening three wellness centers. Vince later led franchise development for a major U.S. martial arts organization until 2006. Since 2011, he’s been instrumental in Advanced Metabolic Medicine, helping athletes and non-athletes achieve optimal health.
